Terms of Use
Effective [DATE]. These terms are between you and Andrej Suttles, doing business as SuttleSolution Media ("we"). Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Fatherhood
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. The cards, missions, prompts, and other content we provide are ours; please don't republish them in bulk. What you write is yours.
Subscriptions
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time purchase, billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you start a free trial, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
Not professional advice
Fatherhood offers encouragement and ideas. It isn't medical, psychological, or professional parenting advice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, except where your local law says otherwise.
